I’ve spent over 30 years in the Buisness Industry. What should your #1 focus be when it comes to having a successful business?  If you said Customer Service, you would be correct. If you don’t have happy and repeating customers then you have no business. What I have learned is that it’s not just getting customers in the door but getting them to return over and over again. You do this by gaining their trust by providing  products and/or services to solve a want, a need or a problem they have.

I always treated my customers as if they where the only one that mattered. Asking questions and providing answers to what they where looking for or what problem they needed solving. It’s always a good feeling when a customer comes back to your place of business asking for you personally. It’s then you know you have provided value along with great service and have a customer for life. Because of my life in retail I knew I could help other’s. That’s why I decided I wanted to give back by teaching, coaching and giving the best value to those who need and want it.

Wanting to do this in an online business I started with eBay. I was selling products from Amazon and wholesale sites. I accumulated many stars in a short period of time and ranked high in customer service having 100% positive feedback but I didn’t feel a sense of accomplishment because I really wasn’t helping people. I was just selling products.

I was still searching for something more and joined a Network Marketing Group. This was closer to what I was looking for. A great product that provided value and teaching on how to start your own business. In terms of value it was one of the best but when it came to support it failed.

Then by chance I found what I was missing. A Mentor. Someone I could learn from and trust. A person who gave me great value and insight into the online world. The best advice I think he ever gave me, which I now give to you; was to read “The Go-Giver” by Bob Burg and John David Mann and that changed everything.

So here I am. Finally finding what I loved about my business life of 30 years. I always strive to exceed people’s expectations. To help, serve and have an impact on as many people as I can. To understand my employees wants and needs so as to teach and coach them to success. Now I do this in Internet Marketing by offering the most valuable gift I have….Myself.
